NYTMN was started this past summer as an extension of our popular NYTMF series. We thought it'd be great to do a more frequent monthly music event series. Recently I was invited to be the artist in residence at the Wish You Were Here pop - up store in the Lower East Side, New York! I’m from London originally and they wanted an artist from London, someone who could be in the space and create a jumping-off point for conversation and be sketching on the walls. I was involved in some of the events that they did and also drew on the walls of the space, on people and on a little 1968, fiat 500!
