ある日、以下のメールが俺の携帯に入ってきた。
「先日、うちの息子の親友が『大好きなアーティストのパーカーを欲しくて欲しくて思い切って買った。』と自慢げに見せに来たの。そしたら、yoshi君のパーカーだったの。
この４月から二人は高校一年生になるんだけれど、中学時代は同じバスケ部で家も近所で毎日のようにスケボーに乗って原宿、渋谷へウィンドショッピングをしに行ってます。なんだか嬉しかったので突然ですがメッセージしました。息子曰く、『アイツ、ほぼ毎日着てるよ！』だって。」
泣けーる。しかも思い切って買ったっていうのが嬉しくてしょうがない。高校一年にしてはとても高い値段だもんな。親友のお母さんに自慢ってところもいいよね〜！
この親友君の期待を裏切らないようにもっともっと成長しようって思えた一瞬の小さな奇跡だった。
だからメールを送ってくれた人に親友君の住所を聞いて、親友君のために描いた絵を送ったす。びっくりするだろうね。こんなやばい『奇跡』を、"このタイミング"で与えてくれた親友君に、俺が今できる『奇跡』をって思った。奇跡が奇跡を呼ぶってか？こういう仕組みだったのね。うん面白い。

One day, I got an e-mail coming to my cellphone and opened it up immediately.
It says, " Yesterday, my son's best friend came to me and proudly showed his wear and said, ' I really wanted to get this hoodie since my favorite artist designed it and now I got it. ' I was like, that's Yoshi's hoodie!!!!. My son and him are going to become high school boys starting from this month, and they were like in a same basketball club when they were in junior high, skating around and hanging around together in Harajuku and Shibuya doing window shopping. When he came to me and showed his hoodie, I felt that I was so happy and needed to tell you. My son says that he is wearing that thing almost everyday. "
This e-mail made me feel so much special. A funny part is that he showed his wear to his best friend's mom though. It is really cute thing, isn't it? Moreover, this hoodie is quite expensive for a high school boy you know... I really bet that he bravely opened his wallet and tell himself that " I DO NEED IT " huh? Spending big money in that age is very much scary thing you know.
So, I decided to make an art piece for her son's best friend to let him know that I really appreciate his pureness and honesty. He gave me a "MIRACLE", so in return, I am going to give him a MIRACLE back.
